Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything else you write in the form.
- Booking a call: when you book a strategy call through our scheduling tool (zcal), you provide your name, email address and any answers to booking questions.
- WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn: if you message us, we receive your name, phone number or profile and the content of your messages.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect:
- your IP address, browser and device type, and approximate location
- the pages you view, how long you stay, and the link or ad that brought you here
- interactions such as button clicks, form submissions and call or booking clicks (conversions)
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a proposal or audit you asked for

- Enquiries and call bookings that do not become clients: up to 24 months
- Client records: for the length of our work together, plus any period the law requires for tax and accounting
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each tool (for example, 14 months in Google Analytics)
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing
- withdraw consent at any time
- request a copy of your data in a portable format
